It always says:
ImagePicture 24_2_2.pngfailed to upload. The file size was larger than 100000 bytes
and it's not. The picture is very small.

When you're on a MAC it's all JPEG files. Perhaps OT is more comparable with PC's than with Macs. Oh well . . .
