Love is what you make it.
What you build it up to be, what you want it to be.
Love isn't conditional on color, or size, or personality.
It is transformational.
It is helpful.
It is natural, it isn't forced.
It is beautiful.
It is a rainbow.
It is a rain shower.
It is a warm, breezy spring afternoon.
It is a hazy blue-gray mountaintop.
It is a snowflake on the tip of your tongue.
It is God.
It is a child.
It is the smell of a newborn baby.
It is a friend that puts up with endless shit and strife to help out another.
It is the homeless man on the corner.
It is a puppy.
It is you. It is me.
It's not something magical.
It's not something complex. It's not something simple.
Love just is...

Nice Poem that evokes a feeling

Hey, I just noticed this. Nicely written, free flowing and easy poem. It definitely evokes a feeling and makes you think.
LOVE IS . . .
a breezy spring day
a touch on the cheek
a firm touch on the shoulder
Love is a nice warm easy going feeling
a balmy warm afternoon
a good conversation
the smell of musk
a sinking embrace
a revival of LOST HORIZON (1973 version)
the feeling of accomplishment when you've finished a drawing or a painting that turned out well
feeling safe where you are
feeling connected and loved by those around you
Love is being in a theater and sharing a movie you love with someone you like being with who has never seen it before
feeling appreciated
is the feeling you get after having a good cry
a nice dream
a good deep sleep
a surprise
the smell after a summer rain storm
the first snow of the season
Love is feeling complete the way you are
a Drive In Movie
a longing fulfilled
getting the giggles and not being able to stop
seeing OLIVER! in a movie theatre
editing a movie you love on your computer
feeling connected to the Universe
hearing a song that you use to love that you haven't heard in a long time
Love is not having a worry in the world
finding a solution to a problem
making a connection
Love is a good illustration or painting
the smell of your partners hair
the smell of your partners skin
making something you're proud of
having a clear conscience
the feeling of freedom
a firm headlock
Love is being out on an open green field
the time of dusk
a sunny golden late afternoon
falling asleep with The Wizard of Oz on
laughing with a friend
the smell of wet autumn leaves after a rainfall
