his touch like silk

caressing my skin

every inch of my flesh

exhilaration beyond words

his lips like butterfly wings

tantalize my own

unrelenting passion

like a fire it burns within me

his eyes like a glimpse into the unknown

pierce my own

drawing me in he reads me

like a book

I succumb to him

his body like a greek god

beautiful and magnificent physique

my Adonis, my angel boy

becoming entwined with my own

LET'S EXAMINE THIS
written by Clifford Scott Carson , September 07, 2009

EXAMINING THIS POEM ONE PARAGRAPH AT A TIME:

his touch like silk

caressing my skin

every inch of my flesh

exhilaration beyond words
pierce my own

[ This is actually a nice beginning, good at leading the reader in]

his lips like butterfly wings

tantalize my own

unrelenting passion

like a fire it burns within me

[ I take it that the corniness of this is deliberate?]

his eyes like a glimpse into the unknown

pierce my own

drawing me in he reads me

like a book

I succumb to him

[ Arguably the best piece of words in the poem. Those are the best lines. As a footnote: To the person who is really feeling this way, Wow, there goes your power. You just handed all your power and probably your soul over to him . He'll decide what he wants to do with it. Ouch. Is that deliberate too? ]

his body like a greek god

beautiful and magnificent physique

my Adonis, my angel boy

becoming entwined with my own

[ Another nice group of words. I happen to know who the author of this poem is talking about btw ]

Overall: Interesting, corny, mysterious, intriguing.
