So this is my week in review. I'm a bit bored and have noticed that not allot of new articles are getting posted lately so let me see if I can change that.

So to begin with, I met someone interesting. She's cute, short, independent and into me so we'll see how it plays out but I will say that I am intrigued.

I now have my first team member. If anyone has been keeping up with the happenings in my life lately, you know I joined a new real estate brokerage. At my new brokerage I am being afforded the opportunity to build a team of agents to work under me. My new agent is a firecracker. She has less than two weeks into the business but she has energy and goals.

I'm putting on a buyer's seminar and I think I'm going to drive myself crazy. February 27^th 2010, 200 perspective buyers and their spouses are going to ascend into my first time home buyers seminar. For some reason I feel as if the pieces are falling into place a little too easily but not as quickly as I would like them to. It’s all new to me and I am enjoying the sense of challenge it brings. So to secure success I’m inundating myself with the finer details of event planning and I must say that I prefer selling homes.

Just so you know, this week is going to be another great week in the world of real estate. Check back in next time when I have more to say and more time to say it.
